Pre-shoot

How many photos are included?

We provide as many photos as necessary to cover the entire house. Additional photos can be provided upon request at no cost. Just contact support@real.vision with your request.

How much is it? How long does it take?

  • 0 - 2,000 sq ft = $299  (1-2 hrs)
  • 2,000 - 4,000 sq ft = $349  (2 - 3 hrs)
  • Above 4,000 = $0.10 per sq ft  (3+ hrs)
Go to our booking page and enter in your property details to see how much you will be charged.

How long does delivery take?

The complete package is delivered to you via email two business days following the shoot date.

Do you do drone photos or video?

We do not offer drone or video services. Realvision shoots a property one time, generating the footage needed to deliver photos, a floor plan, and a 3D tour. This method allows us to keep our package affordable, effective, and speedy.

How do I prepare for a Realvision shoot?

Unlike traditional photography, objects cannot be moved around during a Realvision shoot. Have the property in showing condition prior to the appointment start time. This includes:

  • Finalize all staging
  • Contain any pets
  • Hide any agent branding, including lawn signs
  • Address any privacy concerns (e.g. hide family photos, license plates, etc.)

It is recommended that you do a brief walkthrough with the photographer once they arrive. After the walkthrough, it is best for the photographer to shoot alone to speed up the process.

Can you shoot nearby parks, building amenities, etc.?

Yes, include details of these requests in the special instructions portion of the order form when you place your order.

What if I need to reschedule?

There is no charge to reschedule or cancel your appointment when done at least 24 hours prior. 10% of the total price is charged if rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours before appointment start time.

Can I order photos only, floor plan only, or a 3D tour only?

We do not break up the package. You get all three components every time.

What if it starts raining during the shoot?

The photographer will determine if they can shoot the exterior in the current weather conditions. If the photographer decides an exterior can not be captured because of weather, they will let you know and a reshoot will be scheduled for the exterior.

If you stop our photographers from shooting the exterior, a reshoot of the exterior can be scheduled but additional trip charges will be applied to your reshoot.

What if I can’t be present at the shoot?

Agents or representatives of the agent are strongly encouraged to be on site for the duration appointment to coordinate any issues that may arise. If no representative can be on site, they must be available by phone.

Are there travel fees for shoots outside of the city?

There is a travel charge for some of the areas that we cover. When you book your appointment, any travel charge will be shown to you when you place your order.

Post-Shoot

What do I do if I want a different angle of a room?

No need for a reshoot, we can try and help you out. Just email support@real.vision explaining what you are looking for.

How do I get my tour on the MLS?

Generally, you want to copy the Unbranded tour link into the field called Virtual Tour. If you have difficulties finding the field to enter the link, please contact your local MLS for help identifying the correct field for the data.
